Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products marketed by the company C.D. S.R.L., ensuring maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. The CUSTOMER wishing to proceed with the purchase of products must express this intention through a request made directly on the website where, following the procedures indicated therein, they will submit their purchase order and make the corresponding payment.

ORDERS
Orders are accepted solely and exclusively through the appropriate procedure of the store www.componentidigitali.com. The customer who submits the order directly from the site will receive, at the end of the procedure, a confirmation email of the order, indicating its order number. In the event that the order number does not appear (after a few minutes) following the submission of the order, the proposal shall be deemed not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative, or product shortage reasons.

Cancellation of an order is possible only if it has not yet been processed and the merchandise has not yet been shipped, through written communication to be sent via email to info@componentidigitali.com. For orders already processed, the customer must exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. The Right of Withdrawal is not allowed for legal entities (e.g., companies, retailers, etc.) and individuals acting for purposes related to their commercial activity. To exercise this right, the customer must simply send a communication to Componenti Digitali (via the appropriate form) and return the authorized items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

- The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, attached software, etc.).
- The right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware), once opened.
- The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.).
- To avoid damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box.
- Affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided in all cases.
- In accordance with the law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer.
- Shipping, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
- In case of damage to the goods during transport, C.D. S.R.L. will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from the receipt of the goods in our warehouses), to enable them to promptly report to the chosen courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured). In this event, the product will be made available to the customer for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
- C.D. S.R.L. is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
- Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the original packaging and/or packaging are damaged, C.D. S.R.L. will withhold from the due refund a percentage, not exceeding 10% thereof, as a contribution to the restoration expenses. The return procedure remains valid even if the customer chooses to return the goods in person; therefore, personal delivery is possible, but the management will remain unchanged according to the previously indicated methods.

3. Cash on Delivery: payment to the courier (if the shipment is refused, a debit note will be issued for the recovery of costs incurred, up to a maximum of €25.00 TWENTY-FIVE/00 EUROS).

All online transactions take place securely, using cryptographic protocols and certificates such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
Shipments occur within 24/48 hours following the processing of the order. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, clearly visible at the time of placing the order. Orders placed without a request for insured shipping travel at the risk and peril of the buyer. C.D. S.R.L. cannot intervene in any way and is exempt from responsibility except for orders with an explicit request for insured shipping. Therefore, any damages resulting from shipments due to negligence by local carriers must be dealt with directly with the company chosen for the shipment at the time of ordering. Thanks to the tracking service, the customer will have the opportunity to monitor all shipments by accessing the carrier's website and checking their status. WARRANTY
Products sold by C.D. S.R.L. are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty. To avail the warranty, the customer must:
- Retain the accompanying invoice and/or fiscal receipt received with the goods.
- Send an email to info@componentidigitali.com documenting the product defect with a digital photograph.
- Proceed with the return of the goods; shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer; shipping, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in case of damage to the goods during transport, C.D. The return procedure is not valid if the customer chooses to return the goods in person; therefore, personal delivery is not possible, but the management will remain unchanged according to the previously indicated methods. If the manufacturer's official warranty is not available, C.D. S.R.L. guarantees its products, unless otherwise indicated on the website, for: 2 months: for all spare parts, if found to be fully or partially non-functional during testing, without removing films, stamps, or seals where present, or tampering with stickers. The 60 days indicated will start from the date of order receipt. For products deemed defective by the customer which, upon verification by Componenti Digitali's technical staff, prove to be functional, the cost of the technical intervention and the cost of the necessary shipments for the delivery and return of the product will be charged.

PRIVACY COMPLIANCE
Personal data provided during registration and order submission are collected by C.D. S.R.L. and processed on computer media to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Customer and will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances. C.D. S.R.L. guarantees its customers compliance with the regulations on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.03. The data controller is C.D. S.R.L., Via G.G.igante,142, 80010 Villaricca - (NA), in the person who holds legal representation, unless a manager is appointed pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. The customer has the right to revoke consent to the processing of personal data at any time by written communication to be sent to our registered office. The customer, who declares to have received the information pursuant to art. 13 and about the rights conferred to them under art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, has the right to access their data in accordance with the methods provided therein. Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the Customer, given together with the authorization for processing and sending in the online registration form.
